Peter is responsible for the sales operations, his duties include drafting sales reports, sales targets, estimating sales profit and negotiating with clients for business cooperation.
Anna serves as human resource director, purchasing agent and "traffic cop" with salespeople and vendors, and oversee everything and may also handle some marketing duties.
Boston is responsible for production planning, production control, quality control, method analysis, plant layout, work measurement, cost control, provision of wage incentives to workers
Terry is responsible for new products development, and create products by right technical solution, improve product reliability and create cost analysis, risk assessment.
