Yes, we can provide free samples of standard items in stock for evaluation. However, it's not free for customized items. Please note that shipping costs will also be covered by your side.
Generally, the delivery time is 2-5 working days for samples, 7-15 working days for mass production orders after receiving your payment, and the exact lead time depends on the order quantity and product types.
To provide an accurate quotation, please share the following details:
- Dimension(mm): Length*Width*Height
- Rated voltage: such as 5v/12v/24v/220v/380v...
- Speed(RPM): Rotation per min.
- Bearing system: Sleeve or Hydraulic or Ball bearing system.
- Quantity: MOQ(min order quantity)
- Leading wire length: default 200mm if no request.
- Wires/Cables code: such as 24#AWG. 26#AWG,etc.
- Including connector/terminal or not.
- Additional Functions: such as PWM, FG, mositure-proof or waterproof, etc.
We currently accept T/T and PayPal. Our bank account can receive 14 different currencies from around the world, such as US$, EUR, JAP, CNY, etc. Other payment methods can be discussed based on mutual agreement.
We offer a 12 - 24 months warranty based on the different product types from the date of shipment for quality issues caused by manufacturing.
- 24 months for cooling fans with a dual-ball system.
- 12 months for cooling fans with sleeve and hydraulic bearings.
- 12 months for only cooling fan accessories.
Please note that money-back service, repair service, and replacement service are available during the above period of warranty.
